A huge shout out for Amy - what a friendly and helpful employee! We live close and are there often. Honestly, staff there has been hit or miss in the past. We love it when Amy is there. Hire more like her! No, I’m not a relative, or know her outside of work…

Town & Country Hardware has really been improving, and a lot of that credit goes to the manager, David Hearn. You can tell he cares about making the store a better place for customers. The store is cleaner, more organized, and the customer service has been excellent. It’s great to see a local business with leadership that’s committed to continuous improvement. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood hardware store! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. So much more convenient and quick than going to a big-box store. Highly recommend!

If you need help don’t go there. I needed some help on Sunday at 3.00 pm to choose some screws and I was told that the person that could help me was on break. Unacceptable.

They are always so helpful! Had the answer to a broken wheel on our sports wagon. Charged me for the price of a nut (50 cents), and fixed it for me! So kind, fast, and thorough. They have everything you need, and give a small town feel in the heart of Cary!
